Free Shipping:

Oasis Bathtubs is proud to offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States on every product on our website. Our tubs are typically shipped via Freight which has a 2-10 day delivery window once your item has shipped.

For shipping outside this area please call or email to determine the freight cost.
Product and postal code are needed to determine these costs.
The prices for our tubs include crating and delivery to your home. The carrier will only be required to bring the shipment to your curb, and lower it off the truck for you.
You will need to make some arrangements to get your tub into the home.
If you are interested in "White Glove Delivery" where your delivery is brought into your home and placed in a room designated by you, please reach out to us via chat, phone or email for a quote.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@oasisbathtubs.com.

Freight Delivery Instructions:

Please note that if your order includes an item scheduled for delivery with liftgate service by a freight company, the freight company will contact you to arrange an estimated delivery time. Please be aware that delivery times are not guaranteed, and deliveries are scheduled exclusively from Monday to Friday. It is imperative that you schedule the delivery within two business days from the day you receive the call. Failure to do so may lead to the imposition of storage fees, which must be paid by the consumer before the shipment is released.

Your shipment will be delivered via a full-size tractor trailer. In cases where a tractor trailer cannot access your designated ship-to address, you will be required to coordinate alternative arrangements with the freight company when scheduling the delivery appointment.

When opting for liftgate service, the crate containing your items will be safely lowered to curbside. It is of utmost importance that you refrain from signing for the delivery until you have thoroughly inspected the item(s).

In the unfortunate event that the item arrives damaged, please make a specific notation of the damage on the Delivery Receipt and, most importantly, refuse the shipment. Promptly report any damages within 24 hours via email to support@oasisbathtubs.com.

Please be aware that if you neglect to notate the specific damage on the receipt, you are essentially confirming that you received the item(s) in good condition and in the exact quantities specified. By doing so, you are relinquishing your rights to file a claim. It is essential to understand that Oasis Bathtubs cannot be held responsible for any minor or major damages that are not explicitly noted on the delivery receipt.
